Our Philosophy
At Seoul City Warriors Football Academy, we aim to create a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment where players can grow both as footballers and as individuals. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected from all players while representing the academy.
Respect & Sportsmanship
- Treat teammates, coaches, opponents, referees, and staff with respect at all times. Bullying, teasing, discrimination, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated.
- Show good sportsmanship in both victory and defeat, including acknowledging opponents and thanking coaches after sessions and matches.
Attitude, Effort & Teamwork
- Arrive ready to train, listen to coaches, follow instructions, and give your best effort during all activities.
- Work positively with teammates, communicate respectfully, include others, and support both individual and team development.
Safety, Punctuality & Responsibility
- Follow all academy rules and safety guidelines, arrive on time, and inform coaches in advance if unable to attend a session.
- Take care of training facilities and equipment, and report any damage or safety concerns to a coach immediately.
Behaviour Management
Seoul City Warriors uses a fair and progressive approach to managing behaviour:
- Minor issues will be addressed through verbal guidance and reminders.
- Repeated or serious concerns may result in temporary suspension, parental involvement, or further action where necessary.
